We think of our gardens as works of art in progress, designed to appeal to all the senses and to be lived in and enjoyed throughout the year: small treasures in the midst of winter, the welcome early flush of life in spring, busy and lush summer borders and fall gardens of colorful trees, shrubs and late flowering perennials. They have in common color, texture, fragrance and something to enjoy in every season. We want our gardens to be inviting for humans, children, birds, bees, and other living creatures.
